Booking and Payment

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking
• Final payment is due before or on the day of service
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event may result in forfeiture of deposit

Service Delivery

• Edited images will be delivered within 2-4 weeks of the event
• All images are provided in high-resolution digital format
• Physical prints and albums are available for additional fees

Copyright and Usage Rights

Elite Frame Capture retains copyright to all images. Clients receive a license for personal use. Commercial use requires written permission and additional licensing fees.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control that may affect service delivery.
